ALAM MAJU Group of Companies (AMGC) is a group of associated companies linked by a single common company – director Mr. Albert Lim Aik Cheng from ALAM MAJU CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. (AMC), in which Mr. Albert Lim has a certain substantial equity in the particular associated companies. The principal operations of the companies in the group are majorly concentrated in the Property and Real Estate Development, especially in the construction of the residential and commercial houses. Most
of the formation and incorporation of the sister’s co. was due to the understanding as joint-venture capitalists with both financially and properties contribution.

As a major focus of AMGC entirely dedicated in the field of construction, the concertation effort is to meet the market demand, especially in terms of constructing quality and affordable residential and commercial houses, incorporating the social economic development of the society, towards complete perfection of human requirement including taking into serious account the welfare and care for the environmental and natures. All these effort are in the line with the Government’s efforts to develop numbers of indispensable indices / effort for the nation development like Malaysia.
